Jonathon Sartor and Orion Katayama, former Team Ontario players, are two of the reasons why the University of Toronto Varsity Blues are continuing to celebrate their OUA Championship win today. It is with great pride that we extend our most heartfelt congratulations to both Jonathon and Orion and the entire U of T Varsity Blues baseball team on such an accomplishment. We at Team Ontario can only hope that we have a lasting impact on the players that are a part of our family for such a short time so when we receive emails sharing the continued successes of our former players, we are once again reminded why we do what we do: “Dear Coach Murray, While it has been a while since you have seen Jonathon, we have not forgotten about you and your great contribution to this young man's life. We are truly grateful for all the skills and leadership you instilled in our son and for all of the memories that he holds dear to his heart. Team Ontario was truly a part of our lives that we cherished and will always remember. We wanted to share this picture that we took of two of your Team Ontario 2011 graduates as they proudly hold up the Jason Guindon trophy after winning the O.U.A. championship yesterday in Waterloo. Both Orion and Jon were an integral part of the University of Toronto lineup this year and to contribute and ultimately to win the university championship in their first year was largely due to the excellent training that Team Ontario provided. So, Coach Murray, this one's for you!!!
Sincerely, The Sartors, (and especially, Jonathon and Orion)”
