Jaylen Wood commits to Bethesda University

Team Ontario is excited to announce 2021 outfielder Jaylen Wood has committed to Bethesda University, an NAIA program in Anaheim, California.

The Flames program competes in the National Christian College Athletics Association (NCCAA) in the Division I West. 

Director of Baseball Operations Jason Booth says Wood has worked extremely hard in the classroom and on the field over the past three years in the organization.

"Jay has been with our program for three seasons and we have seen him continue to succeed in the classroom and while on the baseball field," says Booth. "I know he is going to have a very successful college career at Bethesda."

Wood has been extremely dedicated to the program throughout his three years and we saw him continue to develop and progress forward as a player each and every year.

We wish Jaylen the best of luck as he embarks on his new baseball journey in California.
