Jon Carson promoted to General Manager

Team Ontario is excited to announce Jon Carson will be promoted to the general manager position. Carson was already working within the organization as the analytics coordinator, helping Team Ontario partner with data-driven player development tools such as Rapsodo and Blast Motion.

While Carson will continue running our analytics department, as General Manager he will work with college placements and day-to-day operations to keep help keep a competitive environment where our players are able to continue developing and move on to the next level.

Carson comes with a ton of experience in the baseball world as he currently serves as an Associate Scout for the Philadelphia Phillies on top of his position as a scout with Prep Baseball Report Ontario. 

With his experience in the baseball world as both a coach and scout, we are confident Carson's increased role with Team Ontario will have a huge impact in all areas of the organization!
