It’s official! 2024 graduate right-handed pitcher Julian Robertson has officially signed his

commitment to the University of Ohio, NCAA Division 1. Robertson currently attends GW

Williams SS, and is a long time Team Ontario member.

Robertson was a part of Prep Baseball Report’s 2022 Future Games Trials as well as the 2022

Northeast Senior Games. After a competitive season and a successful college trip from

Pennsylvania to South Carolina, from Tennessee to Kentucky and Michigan, Robertson will be

heading to Athens, Ohio.

The Ontario right-hander stands a towering 6’6” at 180lbs. His height provides a strong physical

presence on the mound and one of the more noticeable players on the field. He carries himself

in an athletic-slim build with a repeated delivery ignited by an aggressive leg kick and good

finish. He has good arm action and turns it over well on a strong side finish.

Robertson has shown very workable numbers on the gun, and has been a consistent strike

thrower. His fastball works effectively, painting corners with zip and working it off the zone for

fishing. His fastball sits between 85-87mph, and he’s recently been up to a 90mph max with a

spin of 2132rpm at the 17U ABC event. His curveball sits between 70-73mph and spins tight and

fast at a 12-6 range. His changeup sits 74-76mph on the arm side and lives below the knees.

Robertson is projectable and has a lot to offer at the D1 level; on the flip side, the D1 level will

develop him to another level of elite.
