SCOUTING REPORT

By: Nick Prasad, Scouting Coordinator

The Ontario right-hander stands a towering 6’6” at 180lbs. His height provides a strong physical

presence on the mound and one of the more noticeable players on the field. He carries himself

in an athletic-slim build with a repeated delivery ignited by an aggressive leg kick and good

finish. He has good arm action and turns it over well on a strong side finish.

Robertson has shown very workable numbers on the gun, and has been a consistent strike

thrower. His fastball works effectively, painting corners with zip and working it off the zone for

fishing. His fastball sits between 85-87mph, and he’s recently been up to a 90mph max with a

spin of 2132rpm at the 17U ABC event. His curveball sits between 70-73mph and spins tight and

fast at a 12-6 range. His changeup sits 74-76mph on the arm side and lives below the knees.

Robertson is projectable and has a lot to offer at the D1 level; on the flip side, the D1 level will

develop him to another level of elite.
