Team Ontario August 28/29 Top Performers

Only half of the organization was in action this weekend as both our 14U squads and our 17U's finished up their regular seasons, while the 15s, 16s and 18s prepared for postseason play. 

Tyler Repath of the 17U team led the way with six hits this past week, highlighted by a home run and a pair of doubles. Trailing Repath was Antony Kulasekaran and Noah Lamphier of the 14U Orange team with each of them racking up five hits. 

On the pitching front, Rivers Freckelton punched out eight over six strong innings while not allowing an earned run. Chris Troyer, also of the 14U Orange team, went five shutout innings en route to a 10-0 victory over the Nationals. Robert Watters joined the 17U squad this weekend with the 16s out of action and allowed just one run over four innings.

This was the final weekend of regular season games across the CPBL with playoff action getting underway later this week.
